This is the best veal sandwich I have ever eaten! I also tried the spaghetti carbonara, which was delicious with lots of bacon.
I recently discovered a hidden gem on December 27th and just had to write a review about it. This small, cozy restaurant offers delicious Italian cuisine. Usually, I frequent Mama Martino's on The Queensway, but they were closed for the holidays. I also enjoy dining at Luci Restaurant, but this time I was in a rush to catch a movie afterwards. Located between Luci's and Mama's is Tiramisu, a reasonably priced restaurant that serves high-quality, authentic Italian dishes. We started our meal with the crispy calamari, which was perfectly cooked and accompanied by a flavorful dipping sauce. The Casa salad we shared had a delicious balsamic vinaigrette. The basket of focaccia bread provided was perfect for soaking up the vinaigrette. For my main course, I ordered the Linguine Vongole, which was loaded with clams and mussels. My friend opted for the Fusilli Gamberi, a pasta dish with shrimp and crispy bacon. I requested some extra spice in my pasta, which they happily accommodated. The staff at Tiramisu are very accommodating and will make changes to your liking. We ended our meal with a homemade tiramisu, which was excellent. Our server Adrian was attentive and helped us with our selections. I assured him that we would return and spread the word about this wonderful restaurant.
