Love Arby’s. Always fresh and enjoyable experience.

The 3 stars is related to service. The food is fine. I don't know if they are understaffed but I've come to this location twice and both times it took a while for my order to be taken in the drive through. I also needed to park in front of the restaurant and wait for my food both times. This is unfortunate, because the workers seem nice, but this location doesn't seem to be managed well.

I had Turkey sandwich with only two slices of turkey little onions one slide of tomato, did not look like the Arby’s turkey sandwich photo. I guess they thought I was not that hungry ?

Holy hell the employees here need to consume a lot less marijuana. 15 minute wait with only one customer in line and they hand me a burger that has no sauce and no cheddar.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I guarantee that it would take about 30 minutes every time I order from this location. I decided to order from my app and it was 6:36pm when I got my confirmation email with a promised time of 6:41pm that my order will be ready. I did not get my order until about 7:20pm. Seriously? And add that they messed up my order. Good thing I checked before leaving the restaurant. Well, I get home and I didn't check good enough because they forgot to give the horsey sauces and other condiments. Sheesh! The food was okay but since I had to wait, some sandwiches were cold. The portions looked smaller than in the past. I like Arby's but this is the closest location from my home. So it's this location or drive a lot further.
