Feedback gevenFamily member called in an order for two pies, and was given an estimated wait time. After waiting, went to Raymee 's to pick up the pies and the lady at the POS system couldn 't find my order. She asked the 2 gentlemen working several times where the pizzas were, but everyone seemed confused. She said she remembers taking the order from my family member, but after doing something on a different computer system, she was able to print my ticket and said the order would be a few more minutes. At this time I realized that they never even sent my order to the kitchen, and they were going to began preparing it right then. Now I can 't say if they were busy or not with deliveries, but I do know I was the only customer inside. At this time, I went out to go wait in my vehicle, as I did not want to be awkwardly looked at by the staff more than I already had. After maybe 10-15 moments, a man came and knocked on my car. I opened my door, and the man simply said Come on. I said excuse me, to which he responded by saying Please come on I thought that was kind of rude, but I didn 't want more of an issue than I was already presented with, so I followed him inside. At this time, he did apologize for the issue, blamed the POS system and said it doesn 't always work properly. He then said that I was keeping THEM late!! I asked what he meant, and he said that they were standing there waiting for me to come back in and I was holding them after the close. Now, I thought this comment was ridiculous and unnecessary to say to a paying customer, so I responded by saying Funny how that works, you made me late too . He again stated that the computers don 't work properly and charged me for only 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered. At this point, the older man is cashing me out, while the original female cashier and a younger man are standing watching the interaction. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, and I know I will never return here. What was a simple mistake on their side quickly turned worse due to their poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, and passive aggressiveness at the end of the transaction. To blame a customer for making you stay late when you guys messed up is crazy!! Thanks for reading.
Pretty good pizza. Im from down state and this is definitely on par with pizza from down that way. Ive been here twice and its been consistent. Havent had anything else but plan on giving some other menu options a shot. The people that were there when I went seemed nice.
Yes, the antipasto salads are from Mars. I guess because they basically give you a salad that you would get with a entrée as a side for $13 and it’s not even an pasta salad what it says on the menu there’s no Ham salami no dried tomatoes just a bunch of lettuce with black olives, four artichokes and three slices of a tomato. It’s not the lettuce that they say and when you call, they will tell you that you’re 100% right
The food here is ALWAYS delicious. We get pizza and dinners, and have never had anything less than one would want. While the person who answers the phone sometimes screws up an order, Raymee always makes it right. Highly recommend.
You can’t go wrong ordering from Raymee’s. I have ordered a number of different things and I have never been disappointed, their pizza is the best around. Delivery is never a problem and the owner and staff could not be friendlier. I ordered a tray of lasagna recently for a family gathering and my company couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was and so cheesy. Like the expression, “try it you’ll like it!”.
