Mardi Gras At The Trafford Centre

I visited with my parents and 10 month old baby, my baby has multiple food allergies so I have to take my own food when we eat out. Prior to ordering food for ourselves I asked a member of staff if they could put my sons food (which was in a wide bowl) in the microwave for 30 seconds, I was told they couldn’t do this but would bring me some hot water. The member of staff then brought a bottle warming flask over and pointed me to the coffee machine to get hot water, obviously the bowl of food could not fit in the flask so I asked for a bowl which I was refused as apparently staff might burn their hands when they pick it up to take it away. I asked the staff member how I was supposed to feed my baby, he then pointed me to the kids menu which had no suitable meals for a 10 month old with multiple allergies. We asked to speak to a manager and this member of staff stated he was a manager, he was very rude and confrontational. Myself and my family decided to leave and go to another restaurant where the staff were more than happy to help us out. In all the months I have been giving my son solids I have never had an establishment refuse to allow me to heat up food.

We ordered breakfast muffins. The 'food 's if you can call it that was stone cold egg and a slice of unmelted cheese in a stale muffin. I complained, they took it away and brought it back no warmer, and I got a surly attitude from the waitress to boot. I usually like a Wetherspoons, but this one is terrible. Avoid.

Came to see a friend we thought we would try this place having never been before big mistake. The food was absolutely awful £14 for a burger which was smaller than a McDonald’s burger small amount of chips nobody came back to check on us I ordered the triple American cheeseburger, and it was no better than a rustlers burger.Rip off terrible food am sure it was a microwave burger tiny

Called in for breakfast. Ordered breakfast through the app, the guy that served the drinks was pleasant. The food when it came out was awful. Sausage sandwich was in stale bread warmed up. The breakfast wraps were stone cold. Basic food done badly

Great breakfast for the price with unlimited tea. served by friendly staff we will definitely return.
