I called and placed an order for pickup. The girl on the phone kept repeating my order back to me incorrectly. I kept correcting her. I get there, and long behold my order is STILL wrong. The people who work here are seriously incompetent.

Got a bagel toasted with butter today and the bagel was absolutely drenched in the butter that it leaked all through the bag, onto my car seat, and was completely soggy and inedible. waste of $4.

I’ve been pleased with everything i’ve had from this place, including the cheesesteak. Good cream cheese on bagels.
