The best cinnamon roll I've ever had. We have also patterned the handpis from this world; the carrot cake was delicious... we definitely go back. Very recommended

OMG! Best Sticky rolls EVER!!!! You're so delicious. Someone who didn't like Pecans. The cinnamon also rolls devine. They made my strawberry 3-shift birthday cake. Amazing! My husband also loves her chocolates. I live the cream puppets. We're 45 miles away, and we're going to Trinidad to go to Colie. That says a lot about how good their pastries are. If you're in the area, over, you won't be disappointed.

My sister and I discovered Colie at a recent visit to Trinidad. Let me just say that. If you want to do something special for someone or for yourself, visit this wonderful bakery. Really the most delicious pastries and bread I've ever had. Really. I'm not kidding. She's not a relative. But I wish she was. The staff is also great.

5 STARS!!! I'd give them 10 if I could. I'll make it a stop for future trips to this area. Everything's so good! Make yourself a favor when you travel around, get off the highway and stop at Colies! The pictures are not so great because I had the cookies in my car, but they taste great and everything else I got was fabulous.

So much delight in every bite! I ordered on our way to Denver and loved everything we tried. We're picky about our baked goods, and Colie's has some of the yummiest buns and pies I've ever had. We're headed back through tomorrow and will be bringing home even more to share!
