The cuisine definitely disappointed expectations. Having gone there on Sunday for lunch, we took the Sunday lunch menu which consisted of a starter, first course, second course and dessert. The appetizer, consisting of fried meatballs, fried anchovies, a platter of cheeses, olives and bread, left a lot to be desired, it seemed more like a restaurant appetizer, I was expecting something more elaborate. The first, pasta with aubergine cream and red prawn, did not excite me at all, the prawn was completely disconnected from the rest in terms of flavours. The second, the amberjack, good, but a little too seasoned. The dessert, a Catalan cream without infamy and without praise. For the price we paid I expected much more from the kitchen. You certainly pay for the beauty of the location with a beautiful view, but I think that an improvement on the dishes is desirable. All the staff are commendable, very professional, friendly, attentive and kind, impeccable in everything. Compliments to the chef for the care, refinement of the combinations and presentation of the dishes. A heartfelt applause to all the boys for their attention and professionalism. We were with my wife at this restaurant, welcomed with sober elegance by Michela who accompanied us to the table. Maitre Francesco together with the very kind waitresses presented us step by step with the entire tasting process of the chosen dinner, with an accurate introduction of the raw materials and their origins for each course. Each course expertly combined with refined ingredients, Chef Manuele and his team make each bite an explosion of flavours, made harmonious by the same number of wine pairings expertly explained by master Francesco. This type of restaurant is a philosophy apart because it is experiential and unique. I recommend it to discover another way to enjoy Food .
