Subway - Troutman

Worst subway I've ever been to. Rude and horrible service. Told they no longer do build your own subs. First thing your description says is build your own sub. I'd give minus 5 stars if I could

I've had customer service issues here before and now I'm having order issues. I ordered the beast, but what I got was practically vegetarian with 2 out of five thinly placed meats. The issue with this subway is that they have cashiers from the gas station making the orders when they get busy. This cashier apparently didn't know what they were doing. This is a $15 SUB. What I got was worth $3.

Hands down best subway I've been to .. the customer service here was amazing I believe I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name anita and then a younger girl by the name of brook.. they did a absolutely wonderful job working together and created a work environment i myself would love to be in.. very friendly, helpful and kind will definitely be back! Exspecially if either one of these lady's are working! Not to mention the sandwiches they made me was the best sandwiches I've had from a subway

Vegetarian options: Veggie patties and veggie sub Kid-friendliness: It is a normal store, so kids are always welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: Included ramp to door, but doors are not automatic
