This restaurant serves food that is designed to be forced into your mouth either in handheld form or loaded in with a utensil. This is how they intend for you to eat so therefore this is how they serve you the food. Taste and presentation are mere afterthoughts. Take some pride in what you are making and actually listen to the customer when they ask for something, or nothing. Imagine you are the one trying to eat the hulking monstrosity of a burrito that you served. And then ask how can I improve on this process. After you have taken sufficient time in quiet contemplation, let me know and I might return. Until then, I will find sustenance elsewhere.That is all.
I hate chipotle. But love it. You know? Their takeout is so incredibly inconsistent- it has me coming back in hopes of a correct, full-bowl order. I can’t recommend but I also wouldn’t discourage you from going- you know what I mean??
Employees were arguing with each other over a big order, which made it uncomfortable. LITERALLY VERBALLY ATTACKING EACH OTHER. Let me just say customer service was non-existent at this Chipotle. Guy who made our food was wearing sunglasses and an old durag. Is there really a need for sunglasses inside? My guess is this place is the reason why my stomach was upset for 2 days. Won't be eating here again
Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice... Not once but twice I placed an order online for delivery for a team lunch using this Chipotle location; I received a confirmation email that the order was placed successfully with an estimated delivery time and when the delivery time has come and gone with no food delivered, I click on the button to track the order and it direct me to DoorDash where it says that the order has been canceled my DoorDash. 1. I got no email from Chipotle about my order being canceled. 2. No email from DoorDash that my order was canceled... I had to chase down the status only to find that it had been canceled. 3. Physically drove over to the store only to find that it wasn't open. 4. I was charged for the order. I can understand that we are all experiencing short staffing and sometimes have to close, but it is frustrating that the local stores are not communicating to corporate/the website because the website is allowing me to place an order at a store that is closed, then charging me for the order, then not notifying me that the order has been canceled. I will not order chipotle ever again.
