Jimmy John's - Troy

I always get the veggie sandwich, the #6. My favorite! I also get the regular chips and sometimes the triple chocolate chip cookie.

This location is always closed before the listed business hours and not just by a few minutes- hours.

Don't ever trust the location at 6842 Rochester Road in Troy. Hours are never right no matter what time you come during the day. 5:48 p.m. and they're already closed. Which it says they're open till 7:00.

Be aware that their hours have been updated to M Sat 10:30 AM 5 PM. I figured this out after placing an order online, driving to the location, and being met by a locked door and a paper sign on the door... I don't care what your hours of operation are. Make it 10:30 AM noon. That is not my concern. However, when you modify your hours, you need to do a minimum of three things. 1) update your hours on Google 2) update your hours on your website 3) close your online ordering when your store is closed Do your customers a favor and take the 10 minutes to take care of those things, please thank you.

Employees were helpful will I was there. Food was good.
