Maggiano's Little Italy - Troy

It was our first time and they are very accommodating. We were able to add a chair for an extra person. The food is very tasty and great price. The staff were very attentive and communicated to let us know that our food was almost ready. The restaurant has a family atmosphere but elegant. We will definitely come back!

Table wasn't ready when we arrived for a 4pm reservation with no one in the restaurant and plenty of servers. Asked if it was a special occasion, but no recognition. Just dropped the food and didn't asked if we needed anything, had to sit and wait for condiments, additional silverware, etc. until we could find another server. Didn't get the correct take home order.

Food was plentiful and of good quality, at least in my order. I just found the waiter to be a little reluctant when paying the bill. As a foreigner, I used a Wise/Visa debit card that required a password. This card worked normally at the airport, Ford museum and supermarket. But in this restaurant he said he tried 2 times and it didn't work. ?

Jacob is amazing! Great service after an awful experience. Attentive, fast, friendly, great vibes all around! Will definitely go back. He’s only there on weekends but try to request him!
