Mcdonald's - Troy

What a great little Micky-D 's! Easy in, easy out right off RT 7 on the outskirts of Troy, so no crazy traffic to fight trying to get out. Immaculately clean and updated bathrooms, nice little eating area, and very friendly and engaging young staff. COVID-19 plexiglass and precautions in place, with 'No mask, no service ' policy and signage for our protection. Good food and super fast service. Everything that made McDonald 's a huge success done consistently right.

Does anyone know if there is another number to this place? The number listed is a fax number. Thanks everyone appreciate the help if anyone knows it.

No problems with this McDonald’s really, has the dollar menu, clean, not too long of a wait. Had an issue with the order, they gladly fixed it with no questions. Only hamburger instead of cheeseburger on dollar menu though. Gave us coffee for free, happy about that.

After a mistake was made on our order we received very good customer service from an extremely polite and apologetic manager. Thank you for a job well done!

It's really a hit or miss here, which isn't unusual for a McDonald's. Some days you get food that tastes good and some days you get overcooked meat and fries that taste more like salt with a side of fries. As for the service, typically the service quality is good.
