What a hidden gem in Troy! Wonderful owners and one of the best BBQ places we have come by in the area.True BBQ is supposed to have crispy bark! So if you’re not into that do NOT come eat here and leave a poor review because of it!Really great crunchy coleslaw, pulled pork was great, and the pulled chicken is on the money. Not to mention the wonderful brisket!We will definitely be back with more friends next time! Thanks again :
