Rubytuesday - Tullahoma

Sirloin was much better than Logans Steakhouse. The onion rings were the best I ever had. The four people with me also enjoyed their food.

Had great food and very good waitress... Super personality

The server was very nice and I am also in the restaurant industry, so I know how stressful it can be and some people who leave bad reviews on the server do not understand, but that is always not the case. For my own personal experience I love Rubin Tuesday I recommend it, my only concern was the steak, steaks are hard to cook. It was moderately rare and not moderate, but I am very impressed by our male waiter.

The food was good, exception, ordered a baked potato, came to table cold enough that butter would not melt. had to send it back to be heated more thoroughly. Service was very good. Server was attentive to needs and requests, and I believe it exceeds expectations. The biggest problem experienced here was comfort in the area of sitting. The room temp was so cold, both my wife and I had to wear our coats to be very comfortable. Keeping in mind, eating was also cold much earlier than expected... So we felt hurry to eat our meal. I'm sorry to complain, but it was what it was.

My husband and I visited the Tullahoma, TN Ruby Tuesdays' tonight and we were so surprised.... the salad bar was so fresh and plentiful. We have not actually seen a true Salad Bar since Covid. Absolutely Delicious!!! The service was the absolute best service we have encountered in a very long time. Vivian greeted us with a beautiful smile, attitude and willingness that we just haven't seen. She was so refreshing and engaging. The drinks and appetizers were point on. And .... they have an email.program that saves you instantly while saving you on daily, weekly and special occasions. In the current situation that America is faced with daily, it was wonderful to walk in to the taste and friendliness of the past..... we will absolutely be back!!!! Thank you so much.
