Chicken Express - Tulsa

It'll be a chicken. The big chains are fine, but this place has some different elements on the menu. Baked Gizzards and good rolls. Chicken is so good or better than the big chains. the ride thru and got the family meal and had rests.

At 10/14/22 640. The last three times I was at the Chicken Express at Memorial and 91st in Tulsa they screwed my order. The first time I ordered a liver dinner and got a gizzard I didn't like to talk to the manager at that time, and she was very nice and offered that I could come back and they would fix it. The second time I ordered a big order of $70 and they forgot to give me the grain that went with my order. This time I called and spoke again to the manager who was indifferent to him, did not offer any solution and eventually set me up and refused to speak to me when I called back. I didn't return six months. Today I went and ordered a liver dinner again among other articles and got Gizzards I hate again. I called again and spoke to the manger I think she could have been the same and no solution was offered. I wonder if there's a company number and he said yes, but he didn't know. I have said quite slanderously that this would limit the number of complaints. He then said with what I perceive as an attitude, you should be able to see if on Google you can find most phone numbers there. I went to Chicken Express for the last time. I find it regrettable that this is how Chicken Express treats their customers and that this manager is who they have chosen to represent them. KFC, Popeys and Cains should really pay them because they sure convinced me to get one of them from now on. Please do not waste your money at Chicken Express remember that this is the same attitude that prepares your food and cleanse your kitchen.

I went to work for the first time! They have large bundles for not much and can feed a decent amount of people. It's pretty good. I'll eat it when work or someone wants it. Personally, I'm still going to Chick-fil-A, but that's still good.

I've eaten a lot of time here and really enjoyed the chicken. Today I have served green Gizzards and I have never seen green Gizzards. I feel like they thought I'd eat everything. No, sir.

Chicken Express has the worst chicken I've ever eaten. The fried fish has a nasty rancid taste. I was told that's because they keep using the same grease over and over and they're not cooking with clean grease. When you're at the window, you can smell the rancid grease from your car window. My husband loves it, but I will not eat there. I'm particular when it comes to fried fish. It has to have a fresh taste and not a rancid taste of old grease.
