Jack In The Box - Tulsa

Service was exceptionally slow. Twenty minutes to get quick food in an empty franchise is quite ridiculous. And for some reason, my burger tasted like he had been soaked in fish sauce. The worst lunch I've ever had in 50 years to run this planet.

Decent food but the service wasn't good. First she got my order wrong then when I got my cup I was looking at it and someone had been using there there finger nail to make marks in the side of the bottom.Food: 4/5

I have never waited so long before for fast food when there was only one other party in front of us. My husband and I each ordered a hamburger meal in the drive thru. It took 17 mins from the time we paid, until the time we left. It was right at lunch time but there was no crowd. Now I know why.Edit: Funny that I got a reply to reach out to them, so I did. It's been a week of radio silence.

I grew up in Southern California and Jack in the Box was already an established fast food chain where I lived...There are several places in the Orange County area that Oklahoma did not have when I moved here in 2009.....So I was thrilled to know I would be able to get my hands on a Breakfast Jack or onion rings, sourdough burger etc.... Now if they would only come back w/ 'Fr 'ings '.....I mainly go to the Jack 's on Memorial or the one on 41st st....Each time I go there the food I order is freshly made, the fries are face melting hot which is awesome!!!.. I don 't stray too far from what I normally get but what I get is always delicious and takes me back to memories of youth, home, and friends with our crazy tales of JITB food adventures....John LozanoPatron since '75-76ish

I just have to say…absolutely amazing. I’ve eaten here several times. Staff is always friendly. Food is AWESOME! Had the Classic Buttery Jack last night. Could NOT have been better. Keep up the GREAT work!!
