Sally, the manager, is amazing! The customer service is exceptional, the coffee is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I would give the service a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
I waited at the drive-thru window for more than five minutes today without any acknowledgment. There were two employees on duty, and only one car at the other window, yet they totally ignored me. Frustrated, I ended up tossing my loyalty card into the tip jar and walking out. I'm done with this place. If they continue to disregard their customers, they're going to have a hard time growing their business. I would rate it a 0 out of 5.
Overprice, poor tasting quality. Zero health and safety measures. No gloves when handling breakfast sandwiches, owner is unprofessional.
I would really like to see the regular batista/ owner come back . 2 drinks back to back ,not worth the stop (all ice no drink?
