Feedback gevenMy only issue is getting in and out of the parking lot. The parking lot is basically one-way. You can enter from either side, but you have to use the Stillman Blvd entrance to use the drive-thru. Additionally you can really only exit onto 8th street, and due to its proximity to the highway, it can get backed up and force you to turn right. The drive-thru only has room for about four cars, so it can easily get backed up, but at least it moves pretty fast.
The service from staff was respectful and courtious. But I asked for salt and pepper. There was none available. I asked if they had any jalapenos or any type of sauce available other than mustard or mayo...none. There were no trays available to set the food on to carry to my table.At the register when making my order I wasn't told that a #12 wasn't a combo at $6.99 plus tax and that every item had a separate charge. So by adding a simple drink and a bag of their chips with a $1.00 cookie...lol. My order went from $6.99 plus tax to $13.99+ tax...Highway robbery and inconvenient, especially if you are poor or on a budget. The crew was cleaning yet for the 30 minutes I sat there no tables were wiped. I just dwcided to leave before using the restroom. 3 stars is pushing it.
I placed an order online for myself and several Coworkers. I went to go pick the order up and it was wrong. I was missing items initially. The staff was made aware and I received the items. Jalapeños was put on all sandwiches as well. The Jalapeños was not supposed to be on there. I called and spoke with a member of management. The manager was very Condescending. His exact words was there is nothing I can do. I am a manager myself. My main goal is to make sure my guests are happy. We were not satisfied with the food, service, or management. I will not be back to this location. I will be sure to go above and beyond letting everyone I come in contact with not to go there either. I know a lot of people.
Paid $17 for a sandwich and asked for no onions. I took the sandwich back and told them it had onions and asked for a refund. They DO NOT DO REFUNDS. The manager had to call the owner to get approval for a refund. 30 days later and I still do not have the refund. They can't get it right or keep their word.
This is one of the best Jimmy John's locations I have ever dined at. My family frequents this establishment often because the service is always quick and efficient. Most importantly, our orders are always accurate. We couldn't ask for more!
