The Taqueria El Lugar On - Tyler

I rarely travel through east Texas but anytime I go through Tyler I plan my trip specifically so that I can catch El Lugar open. Hands down one of my top 5 favorite restaurants anywhere. The #7 is my go to dish, but everything on the menu is delicious. The food has an incredible rustic charm, and every dish tastes home made. The food and service has been consistently amazing and they may have the best red and green sauce I've ever had. Seriously, I buy a pint of both every time I go. Please do yourself a favor and support this fantastic family owned restaurant while enjoying the best taqueria cuisine within 100 miles.

Great service even close to closing. Food tastes fresh and they offered extra sauces for my to-go portion. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and a great happy hour special on beer. Local favorite. #7 Rocks

Honey I have no complaints it love elugars food and I recommend ever body to try it bet u can't eat just one number seven they are the bomb. Homemade it's awesome I go to the one on Lindale every Janice I get when I have money it is amazing
