Applebee's Idaho Falls - Ucon

Jolene is fantastic, and the management is outstanding! The managers are always there to support the servers and bartenders, which I believe is what keeps this place operating so smoothly. The bartenders also create a welcoming atmosphere!

The waitress was very friendly and personable! The food was served quickly and met expectations for happy hour. However, another waitress dropped off some of our food, and it was difficult to hear her through her mask; she whispered as she set the food down. It seems like conversations and enjoyable exchanges are a thing of the past. Additionally, it’s puzzling to wear a mask into a restaurant only to take it off to eat.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was delightful and very attentive to our needs. The bartender kindly allowed my wife to sample a beer before making her selection, which we really appreciated. The establishment was practicing social distancing, and there was an employee sanitizing all the tables, chairs, and bar equipment between customers, which made us feel safe. This restaurant is always one of our top picks when we travel. Thank you, and here's to a great 2021!

I visited this Applebee’s for the first time, and I was impressed. The service was quick and attentive, and our waitress was very pleasant, checking on us regularly. I ordered an 8 oz steak along with an appetizer. While I found the steak to be slightly underseasoned, that’s just a matter of personal taste. It was cooked exactly as I requested. I thought the prices were reasonable, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my visit. Overall, great job!

I always enjoy visiting Applebee's. The food is fantastic, the drinks are delicious, and it's always budget-friendly for my family. The staff is excellent, and they've really transformed their business over the past seven years.
