Yuè ｃａｆｅ - Uenohara

The owner of this café is incredibly kind. He greeted me when I was looking at the menu outside the shop. Even though I arrived at 2:40 PM (they close at 3:00 PM), he still welcomed me to eat and drink. The food and beverages here are also extremely tasty.

This Japanese restaurant has the friendliest service. They even had Portuguese fado music playing in the background, and the coffee was excellent too.

Loved the decoration and eating. they must order the kartoffel au fried. we met horoshi the owner wonderful man! when they stop at this station, they make this their lunch or dinner.

Awesome little cafe. Loved the food, wine, ambience. Fantastically owner who lends a lot of character to the place. Must visit in Otsuki.

Absolutely fantastic experience every time. Staff is spectacular and food is delicious. Every time without fail my expectations are met and exceeded. This is one of my most recommended places in the area, will continue to return every time I get the chance.
