Restaurant Gleis 1 - Uerikon

The restaurant serves many types of cordon bleu. the plate is large, tasty and the frits and salat are also great. two ladies to lead the place alone, I really don't understand how they manage to get the meal just perfect...the command (you really ask them to preorder on reservation if possible), to serve and still come to the tables to get their feedback and chat a bit. it works! great service, delicious food, will come back as long as I still fit in my pants.

Typically, restaurants and bars are not the place for which you should drive next to a railway station. not in this case! I am a hard to impressive man, but honestly: I think there is no better place for cordon bleu than this tiny restaurant opposite the railway station of uerikon. kabeljau bleu is the subtitle of the meal at this place and they really do their effort in it. the talks with the waitress revealed that they have special methods to make their Cordon balloon (which I do not want to spoil here on the website as well as always: the Cordon ball is huge! Even my right brother has barely managed to agree with him, and he has probably hated that we give him a bet.
