Feedback gevenFresh fish are awaited at a restaurant right by the water. Unfortunately, it was only partly judged because my wife's pike was dead, dry and taste-free. The Matjes was fine. Overall but significantly too expensive for performance. The institution has come in the years, so you should be able to make more of it. The service is dedicated and friendly. My score: 2.5 points.
As part of our Rügen Holiday we came to the restaurant Holzerland on Ummanz on the recommendation of the ADAC guide. In the guide, the restaurant is called a secret tip. OK, at the latest with the appearance of the book, the tip is no longer secret.. The location directly on the water/port lets hope for super fresh fish. The first impression of the court was not so stupid, everything came down, but no matter. In our opinion, the restaurant has its best times behind it, for criticism see below. We can't recommend eating. We will inform the ADAC-Verlag of our findings so that their next edition is checked and, if necessary, adjusted. 2x Aalsuppe á 4,80 EUR : Almost salt-free and relatively low taste. Aalgies with cues of taste, we actually know Aalsuppe without cues/main bones. 1x Zanderfilet fried 13,80 EUR : Almost salt-free, fish ok, low-fat potatoes, salad deco on the edge of the plate, lemon corners dry. 1x Aal steams 15,80 EUR : Almost salt-free, fish ok, salt potatoes muddy and taste-poor, salad deco on the plated, lemon corners dry, white warm sauce parsley? for the fish underground bad, i.e. taste-neutral flour pamp with gray green inlay herbs? . Dunicell tablecloths already used on neighboring tables.
