Pizza Hut - Union City

This place is so very poorly ran. It’s ridiculous as to how long it takes to get a pizza when you come to pick it up and they tell you that it’s ready before arrival.But when you get there it hasn’t even been put in the oven. Then they tell you it’ll be five more minutes but then it ends up being over an hour! It is so disorganized. The service has gone down tremendously!

Well I tried to redeem my 30 dollar store credit for bad service in the first place the lady was helpful until I guess she got frustrated with me after telling her what I wanted the total was 22 99 I asked her what was the delivery charge she said it's not Popping up so I said jus add something else so she did after that it was 26 99 I said ok that's good then I guess she got frustrated and put me on hold and never came back I waited 10 mins on the phone then called right back she picked up heard it was me and immediately put me on hold so I called back 8 times to tell her I wanted to either cancel my order or come pick it up to make her job easier but every time I called I got no answer like she knew it was me calling or something I'm writing this review to say if you don't have the patience for the field your in find another one and also it says all calls are recorded is anybody doing spot checks is anyone listening to them from time to time because this is ridiculous

Avoid this place!! I ordered at 947PM waited in line for over 30 minutes then I got to the window and the young lady advised me that it would be 20 minutes….no apologies just let me know that they could cancel the order!

They have roaches and aren't trying to get rid of them just go sum where else trust me you will thank me

HORRIBLE. Horrible service, horrible employees, my cheese sticks looked like BBQ’d hot dogs cut in half, I waited in the drive through for an hr, food was cold, and the human at the drive through was very unprofessional. Will NOT be going back. If you’re reading this, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!
