R&r Club/pizza - Union Grove

Ordered a pizza around 5pm on a weekday. Was told it’ll be here within the hour. Called back a little over an hour later, didn’t answer, then backed back and got hung up on, called back and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, called back AGAIN and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. At this point it would be over 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my pizza and a burger. When I finally got my pizza 2 hours later. It was cold, burger was cold, fries were cold. Not even remotely close to warm. It was pathetic and was told “we will give you $3 off your next service” after I just paid $45 for cold food. Embarrassing. If you are understand if you are busy or understaffed, don’t lie to me to take my money and my business and then not live up to your end of the business.

Went for lunch good food great service and the staff loved how n my my girl were classy (weird af) so we will b going there for our lunch date every Monday lol

Great staff, nice clean atmosphere and a really good prime rib pizza. (Served with au jus)Outdoor patio and plenty of space inside.

Bar tender was a lot of fun. Food was awesome. Try the parmesan boneless wings! Wish this place was closer to home
