American Deli - Union Springs

While the service was great, food came out at decent time. But the food itself was left to be desired. Got the wings and Philly combo, the wings were over cooked and the bread of the Philly was not the right size for the amount of meat and topping that came on it. Fries were good though.

We stopped on the way through town and this placed SUCKED! My sandwich was not what I ordered (Ham versus Turkey) and the wife's fish was so fishy tasting we threw it away. The only decent part was the Cajun fries. Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to Subway.

They tell you not to pay for your food til you get it because they do not give refunds. However, they require you pay prior to even making your food!!! When you try to call in orders they don't answer the phone. The service is absolutely horrible, and the food is mediocre. I would definitely not recommend this establishment..... consider yourself warned ??

I had never eaten here because of the reviews. Today I stopped by and got the burger and wings. The workers were all very nice, the food was delicious. Hot, fresh cooked, homestyle burger, crispy delicious wings. Alot of food for the price, I couldn't finish it all. My only complaint was that I had to pull over and wait for about 15 minutes.

Always great food and service. Resturant is clean. Food is hot and fresh
