Feedback gevenI called as usual on weekends to get ahead and not have to wait so long, this time I was asked about my credit card number, and I have never been asked before, Julio, I guess his name, not asked if I had rewards, he was too fast to calculate my card before I can say I have rewards, it was only less than 5 minutes between the call and my arrival; he accused me. I did not buy my smoothie in Beaumont where I had to work because I got a smoothie from the Phelan site for the last time, they messed up the order twice, so I get it on the way, a actually I go miles out of the way to this place, I am at a smoothie king 2 or 3 times a week, and lately customer service and training skills of employees are inefficient,
Previous experiences were good. But today and last time smoothies. We're small and aren't done right. I always get vegan mango ball. I assume these are new employees who need to be trained better on certain smoothie recipes.

Staff is Awsome, make the best smoothies. New prices, no more $5 Fridays. Smoothies now are so expensive due to price changes, I hope he didn't just price himself out of business. I still love smoothies but can't afford them.
I used to go by here many times a week a few years ago but I'm about to completely stop all together. For about a year now they've been incredibly slow, to the point where waiting 30 to 45 minutes for a smoothie is not worth my time. Especially when like today when I decide to actually deal with the wait, only for them to get my order wrong and overcharge me. I would have talked with someone to fix the issue but they had over 15 cars in the drive-thru so I didn't see much point.
