My sister and I took my cousin. Alejandro that came to visit from Guadalajara Mexico to have dinner. The waitress were perfect ,cheery, helpful.I would definately recommend to any one to come and eat here. The one in City Walk.

The food, atmosphere, and service were all top shelf. I'm a pretty harsh critic growing up around here too. I would not hold back if I felt different.

My Family and I had lunch here yesterday, while on a visit to Universal Studios. The food was excellent! The burger my daughter ordered cooked perfectly, and my Husband's nachos were to die for! The service was super-friendly and first class. We had several staff members come over and ask how the food was and if we needed anything. The whole experience was AMAZING! The Hard Rock Universal definitely ROCKED it!
