Delicious Chinese recipe and friendly service by the owner :
Quite authentic Teochew cuisine. The owner is from Macao, so his dishes are quite similar with the oversea Teochew I knew (traditional Teochew). Nowadays Teochew food in Shan Tou is a bit too greasy and salty for me. However, probably located in the Midwest, doesn’t has much seafood selection which is what Teochew cuisine famous for.
Interesting, and excellent Chinese restaurant. Would suggest you bring somebody there who is already dying previously.
