Roy's - Upper Heyford

As always, first-class service and nice eating. the menu has no daily specials, but it was the first day after the break, so understandable. very pleasant.

So happy that roys has reopened after their Christmas break. I met with some friends after a late catch up. so a pleasant night, beautiful happy atmosphere, eat excellent and tasty, personal as always as friendly and helpful. tried the minestrone soup that came out piping hot and full taste. spaghetti chicken alfredo with a mixed salad for my main course and to finish the biscoff cheesecake. I wasn't disappointed. recommend this restaurant. many thanks for a pleasant night.

Incredible food. small interesting menu. large different unusual combinations makes for a wonderful food. chloe, which serves, is pleasantly welcoming and smiling. the chef is super talented worth more than five stars! last night was our fourth time that we eat at roy and every time error-free.

We went to roy’s restaurant on sa 17. dez to celebrate my man birthday. as usual the ambiente was beautiful and welcoming. it seemed to be families, friends and families who enjoy their evening when we arrived. we were greeted as soon as we arrived and shown on our table and we found it decorated with 'happy birthday' paraphernalia. it should be pointed out that if I booked the table earlier in the week, I got a call back 5mins later asking if my man wants a tomahawk steak, I knew he loved her and I immediately confirmed that I would like to take up the offer. I can only say that as soon as we finished our appetizers, this massive steak was rolled out, and the nudeby, other diner and I were in shock that this massive meat was placed on our table. enough to say that the nabeby loved the steak and our dog loved the rest of the bone! my beautiful king prawn chief was great and I enjoyed it. the personal and service were completely professional and courteous. we'll be back soon.

Style over substance. Meat served on hot slate which over cooks the meat. Tasteless minestrone soup. Manager stopped talking to our table when we sent the meat back. All the other tables got complimentary liquor except us. Very bad behaviour. Not a way to treat your patrons. Very amateurish cooking with minimal flavour.
