Half Shell Grill - Urbanna

This was my first time and will be my last visit. I ordered the catfish and I'm not sure it was even catfish and I asked if it could be blackened because I didn't want the breading and I substituted brocolini for the fries was suppose to also come with Cole slaw.. The fish was not blackened unless you count the breading that was fried to a black crisp and so hard it was crunchy, the fish was dry, no flavor..couldn't eat it..the side looked like they went outside and pulled weeds, no coleslaw. Brought it home to feed to wildlife and I'm not sure if they will even eat it. They were shorthanded. Our waitress was also playing the part of bartender and they definitely need someone who knows how to cook and handle a kitchen. Was really so disappointed. It also took over an hour to get my food

Ended up here after leaving Portside Grill for no service. Good move for us. Glad we did, good food and service, will come back again. Short staffed a little but very understandable these days. Decor was nice and right on the Main Street through town.

The food and drinks were really good but... we waited almost 2 hrs for the food. The staff was super nice, just overwhelmed with a pretty full dining room. I would give them another chance, maybe not on a busy weekend. We had the mahi tacos and the seafood pasta. As an Italian (from Italy) I'm picky on my linguine and these were al dente, flavorful, and with a decent serving of bay scallops and shrimp. The tacos were well executed and definitely not your basic fish tacos.

Def not Food isn't consistent. Chef just quit . Bartender change like i change my underwear daily. They dont offer wifi after I suggested several times. They just don't care

You would probably be better off cooking at home. Service and ambiance okay, food not that great. Didn't even eat the mashed potatoes, they were like glue. Hush puppies very doughy.
