El Pollo Loco - Vacaville

I have the double chicken tostada salad. It was delicious. The creamy dressing that comes with it is so good. I also asked about some of the Mexican Vinaigrette salad dressing that was also good. I'd definitely get it back.

3 stars just because I like Polllo Loco Chicken, but the service on the passage need improvement they really need to repair the speakers (intermediate call), but everything else is okay?

We always loved the family meal and the family festival is even better. Everything is so consistent. We just want the meal to contain a little more rice. Next time we have to get more rice. I can't really complain. Nevertheless, it is still a good amount of food especially for money. The Churros are soooo good. I have to get more of them. Thank you.

2 stars only because i like Polllo Loco chicken but the service at the drive-through at this location needs work. I know wait times vary and staffing is also a variable but at least acknowledge the vehicle in the drive-through specially when you're the only one their instead of getting crickets. We ended up leaving instead.

Place is clean n staff are fabulous. I had her equivalent of a taco salad. To avoid. The chicken was burned, the salad over ordinary n Bland; the taco dish was very disappointing. Now I know why the restaurant was empty at noon. Ominous sign!
