Round Table Pizza - Vacaville

After ordering food from this place last week and never receiving my order then needing to argue with management to get the money refunded to my card. I thought I'd give them another shot only to have a partial order delivered nearly 3 hours after I placed it. I called asking if it would be delivered and was told it would be. Shortly after pizza and wings that have obviously been sitting on a counter for 2.5 hours arrived at my house. Part of my order never arrived. Now nobody is answering the phone. I'm mostly writing this to remind myself to never oder from them again.

I 've ordered from this location multiple times and haven 't had many issues but what I just dealt with is enough for me to never order from this location again. I called over the phone to place an order, the employee told me 20-25 minutes, when my husband showed up to pick up the pizza, there was no order to be found. I made sure I called the correct location and when I called back to see what happened and what could be done I got this RUDE woman who I 've spoken to multiple times and she always has a bad attitude. I explained the situation to her and rather than sorry to hear that or anything insinuating she cared, she instead gave me an attitude and basically said we don 't have an order. I listed out my whole order to her and then she proceeded to ask me do you wanna reorder...what can I get you? I asked at that point if I could talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. I can 't believe a manager is the one who has the worst attitude of anyone I 've spoken to there. I will not order from this location anymore. No customer service. They really just don 't care. Don 't waste your money.

I have mixed reviews. The food is great, the staff are amazing, and there are always tables available. On the other hand, the bathrooms need work. The game/arcade area is a ripoff (be forewarned on the costs and what the kids get as prizes).

Very disappointing. Reserved the party room for our baseball team party: no beer, no Pepsi/soda, 2 working arcade games, and filthy restrooms. We won’t be returning anytime soon. Management was less than apologetic.
