Cafe Coffee Day - Vadodara

After so long I went too ccd, but not satisfactorily. some of the articles were not available. it seems that a manager is not interested in customer service at all. I went many a time to ccd and I liked coffee here, I know they're expensive. we had to wait until our order comes. I had slush and that was good.

No customer-friendly approach was observed during the visit. there was no service at all. had to come twice to the cash register to ask if the order was ready (although there were only about 6-8 people in the hall). the toffe cappuccino was served in a cup without saucer and with a large spot coffee over it. the coffee quality was just below the average. it took us 30 minutes before we got a bottle of shake that was just taken out of the refrigerator (not even prepared). extremely disappointed by this place, they do not recommend it to anyone.

Can't be worse. unprofessional staff. no air conditioning. not interested in the business. customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Coffees here are quite expensive but the quality of the beans make it worth.I have uploaded some pics of my ordered coffees I liked them all. Surroundings are full of peace in Fatehgunj's branch.Service is good. The CCD App it's beans' concept is so good.You can refer earn. Also for milkshakes ,buy 1 get 1 free idea was really appreciable.

There are no hot coffee available in ccd. Employee said coffee machine is not working properly. I wait 30 mins for my coffee. But disappointed.
