Best Western Plaza - Vaesteraas

Not professional There was a problem with the payment, apparently not made by the travel booking agency. First of all, however, to be fair, they should have to let me know on arrival and not ask me for my credit card number for any drinks in the room where, in any case, there was nothing. And, above all, they shouldn't have charged the price of the room on my card without telling me and without giving me any invoice. I could have called the travel agency and had them communicate!!! Instead like this I didn't realize it until the bank notified us but by now we had left the hotel almost for an hour..... .Now let me see what will make the agency. The fact remains that the behavior had been incorrect!

We try to stay here when we in Västerås for a day or two, good price, great lokation, the staff is super nice, and the breakfast is some of the best i have had at a hotel.

It is a good hotel in a good location. It has underground parking. There is a supermarket under the hotel and Mc Donald's only for those who love it). Less than 5min to many restaurants and mini mall and main train station.

A nice clean hotel. Nothing fancy but a good breakfast, friendly and serviceminded staff. 5 min walk to center of town, 5 min walk a harbour with good restaurants and ice cream

Great place to stay in Vasteras. Very well located, close to almost everything
