Great experience! the menu of the market, which is fortunate to be able to enjoy at lunch, whether during a day of skiing or walking in the valley of val of isère, allows to taste the faithful flavors of local producers products mainly, and enriched by an exceptional artistic presentation. Being unknown to the kitchen of the vidal chef before, it was a great pleasure to dive into his palette of acidified, light and emulsified tastes. the menu consists of a mix of plates of a more impressive and beautiful than the other, with fun small mouths and tastings between two. everything in the beautiful setting of the village of fornet and at the foot of the slopes of the estate. I hope I have the opportunity to come back here soon.

Exceptional! delicate and tasty dishes, local products of qualities perfectly highlighted by the vidal benoit chef. beautiful culinary discoveries throughout the meal. service of high standing, beautifully decorated, with a beautiful view of the small village typical of the fornet.

That must be my 4th or 5th journey into this restaurant and I will be back. eating is simply delicious and so beautifully presented. the service discreetly friendly, only a joy. the price for a 3-course lunch of this quality in these. a bargain. be ready to spend a little more on wine, but they will not be disappointed with the selection delicious! I'll be back again and again.

The location in the rustic house outside the center of val is really great. the eating and the wein pairing was absolutely stunning and the service is perfect. the sommelier was very good and the explanation of the wine pairing for each dish was estimated. The only thing that was less than great is that dessert (handle) that was a really strange pairing with the wein and we didn't really understand what the chef tried to achieve with the taste. other than the one really great experience.

Phenomenal meal and experience. all over the evening was worthy of the guest houses. as expected, each detail of the food and presentation was impeccable and full of taste and extremely clever. also the sommelier was fantastic. the visit was a real tasty bite, and we are very pleased that we used the opportunity to go absolutely to the house. would recommend it to all foods that visit the opposite.
