Baja Fresh - Valencia

Ordered for delivery. The clothes I requested were not included. Also the Zilantro. Otherwise the food was delicious. Lower line. I didn't get what I paid for.

People there were super polite and nice. Food is excellent as always. They have outer seats on hard metal tables. I recommend the Mango Salsa. Make sure to get chips. They are fresh and salty.

The food was great. Customer service was terrible. The older man who spends the food was completely rude. I told the guy what sauces I wanted when I ordered and he was nice to tell me you asked. Well, the rude guy who works out his hand today told me it's just two sauces per Burrito. I said well, do I have to pay or how can I get other sauces? He said I'm just saying the rules. I was hungry to argue with the old bald, so I just walked. Great food, but an employee never made me want again!

We've visited Baja Fresh for years. You have great chips and high-quality food. Until recently, their salsa bar was unsurpassed, but with Kovid there was no self-service. They always introduce new specials, and we love their Carnitas Burritos. The only negative I can think of is that they tend to overcook their meat, but they will cook to order if you give them certain instructions.

Good food, and the shrimp chili lime salad is delicious. The only downside is that the cashier and general manager didn't bother to ask if I needed utensils or napkins until I came back into the place several minutes later. If this minor thing wasn't overlooked I would have given it 5 stars but it's getting 3.
