Waited 20+ mins for two orders of popcorn shrimp, ended up having to leave cause unlike the people working here, I'm on the clock.

Ghost peppers ? wings not spicy at all. Regular wings have more spice.

The wait time is always 20+ minutes in drive thru , food is terrible

Best Popeyes in St.Marys imo and I eat here often. Dropped by for lunch today and the drive through was having issues so they asked customers to come inside. Even with the technical issues and the lobby steadily filling up to the point of being packed all the workers were rock stars.The lady working 1st cash register was taking orders and pushing out food just as fast as customers were coming in. Young gentleman on the drive through window hopped back and forth to the line/drive thru to help get orders out. The cook had a brief moment to let the lobby know food was coming and that everyone would be helped soon before getting right back at it. Boss man jumped on 2nd register to help keep things moving and direct employees.Where a lot of teams fall apart this one held it together and handled the rush. Take care of those employees and keep the communication and teamwork strong.

Best Popeye's experience I've had in quite some time! Store was clean. The person at the counter greeted me as soon as I entered. He listened to what I wanted and selected an option that was reasonably priced. The food was hot. The chicken was juicy. I will definitely return to the Charlotte Hall Popeye's the next time I need my Popeye's fix.
