Burger King - Valley Springs

No done in right now and the drive thru too slow. Understaffed but the fries were hot and the burger was fresh.

Wonderful Burgers. Hot French fries. Always just the way I order. Can always count on Bk.

The gentlemen working the morning shift, 6am 11/5/20, I'm getting the impression you don't wanna be there. You need to work on your customer service skills, especially when speaking to someone. I also had to ask for my cream and sugar, salt and pepper, I don't and anything to stir my coffee with and I didn't get a fork to eat my side order of eggs. Yes you need to work on your customer service skills. I hope it gets better for you.

I've been around this bk for a few long yrs , and it's slowly going down , down ,down. It's like employees just don't care about what they do ! When you get a come cup for a frosty ice drink when it's clearly supposed to be a large and they want to argue with you about it . And I really do love the imposable whopper . Good flavor. Just that the service needed something to be desired. I could show the from when I used to work for them in angels camp back in 85. Oops , showing my age.

Food was good and made properly. The drive thru lady definitely didn't want to be there or had an issue just being there. Other than that decent.
