BR is well known for great ice cream, it can easily rival Coldstone

After spending the day at the waterpark, we decided to stop by this restaurant. However, we were told that there would be a short wait, which turned into a longer one without any communication from the staff. Eventually, a Dunkin employee mentioned that it might take up to an hour, which seemed excessive for just scooping ice cream. It was confusing to us why the wait was so long, especially since we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. In the end, we decided to go elsewhere next time due to the lack of customer service.

I purchased two small cakes for Father's Day and paid over $55 for both. The cakes were very small and tasted old. The inside of the cake was mostly fatty whipped cream. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. Teenagers and young adults may have other priorities, but when they are on the clock at Baskin Robbins, they should be helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the staff here lacks those qualities. Adult supervision is definitely needed at this location.
