Henry's Charbroiler - Van Nuys

My favorite place for delicious burgers. Super place to meet and chat with staff. Surely worth a return trip. Eating is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

I had visited before and had great service from the owner and the cashier. Food was great and decided to try it a second time. My Bf and I order our food and checked my entrance, Art had an additional order of chili cheeseries after I show it to him. All he does is refund me the WHOLE order without letting me know, giving me my receipts (because I ask for them) and leaving. He lets us wait for what we thought was our original order. He never told me he had refunded the whole thing or I told him to give the right order. The cash register art is super rude and has really bad customer service.

This is my go-to place for tasty burgers. It's a great spot to connect and chat with colleagues. Definitely worth a revisit! The food reminds me of a restaurant in Jacksonville that I really enjoyed.

The burgers and overall ambiance at this restaurant are fantastic. I arrived around 2 PM, and it wasn't crowded at all. The service was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is really great, too. I just wish it were closer to my workplace!

2nd time coming here and the employees from the cashier to cooks are always nice. When you walk in they greet you and it seems very genuine. Prices are very affordable, I would pay more for the food because the taste is on point , the employees are great and its. Lean inside. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for everything
