The store was dirty. Nobody was at the counter when I arrived for my order. They told me they didn't have my order so I showed the order. They told me it was given to someone else then refused to remake it and walked into the back of the kitchen. Awful staff. Awful experience. This place is awful.
The manger there at the JACK IN THE BOX ON FOUTH PLAIN ACROST THE STREET FROM WENDYS SHOULD BE FIRED OR LOSE HER POSITION OF BEING MANGER... VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE AND NOT ABLE TO LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WAS TRYING TO COMMUNICATE SHE WAS UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND SHE WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME HER NAME WHEN I ASKED FOR HER NAME AND HER BOSSES NAME SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME VERY IMPATIENT AND LOUD AND RUDE DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE...EVEN THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME WERE ON KY SIDE WATCH THE VIDEO THIS HAPPEN TODAY JUST ALMOST 20 OR 30 MINS AGO. SHE WOULDNT SELL ME A CUP OF WATER OR LET ME USE THE RESTROOM IM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS FOR WHAT?? TRYING TO BUY A CUP OF WATER CUZ IM THURSTY.... SOMEBODY SHOULD TALK TO HER BOSS AND HAVE HER LAYER OFF OR LOWERD TO A LOWER POSITION....
Loved the food. Fav item to get is curly fries and if it's a late night get the snack meal. I love the late delivery too. Over 8.8/10
