I love this place! Every once in awhile I get a craving for a smoked meat sandwich and this is where I go when I'm downtown. Lots of seating inside.

I got the Hot Turkey Sandwich and it was amazing. It was a good hearty sandwich that filed me right up. I will be back!

I can't give a full review right now as I came in for paint night with my company, and they were all sold out of smoked meat which is unheard of! But

This is an old restaurant that specializes in Montreal style smoked meat- essential brisket that has been smoked. Has a large selection of interesting other foods, all fairly traditional deli items. The traditional smoked meat sandwiches come in several sizes, on rye bread, with a choice of 4 mustards. The meat can be lean a bit fatty or fatty. The lean was tasty. The opinion rings very this and nicely fried. Fountain drinks and alcohol available.

This place is one of those hidden gems. Sort of old style diner with probably the best Montreal smoked meat sandwich I've ever had. Saw it on the TV found it and ate there twice out of our 5 night stay.
