See The Sea Pizza Cafe - Vancouver

We have been ordering pizza from this restaurant for over a year and have always enjoyed it. However, the side dishes have consistently disappointed us. We have tried the cheesy garlic bread multiple times, and while it used to be decent with a good amount of cheese melted on a round pizza crust, it has been inconsistent in taste. This time, we were extremely disappointed to receive a piece of store-bought bread with cheese melted on it for $6. We also paid for 4 garlic dips at $1 each, but only received 2. It seems like the quality of the pizza has also changed, as it is now even thinner than before. Despite this, the pizza still tastes good. Overall, we are disappointed in the decline in quality since the restaurant rebranded and can only give 2 stars.

Best pizza in the west end Vancouver. Don’t bother stopping any place else to eat. This beats out all the pizza, donair and fried chicken. Amazing price. Grab a couple slices and head to the beach.

This pizza slice was not good at all. It was very dry and tasteless. I don't understand how this restaurant has a good rating. The guy working there also messed up my order. I would recommend going to Fresh Slice nearby instead.

My first time here, I thought I’d give it a try. The service was so terrible, rude and unfriendly. The pizza had barely any toppings either. Definitely my first and last time here.

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional!! Went to tell them we were not happy with what we ordered, and the poor hygiene of our desserts, the least we expected was an explanation and a sincere apology, instead all they said was “ok thanks for letting us know!!”I shouldn’t have to teach you this but please learn basics of customer service before running a business that requires constant customer interaction. Apologising to the customer is the least you can do, when something goes wrong!
