Sushi Bang - Vancouver

I've been here twice. the first visit was not very good and unforgettable. the salmon of sushi did not taste fresh at all, texture was almost like wet paper. the second visit, the salmon still tasted badly. not fresh. surprising, the mango avocado salat was good! large amount of space inside, not to be cramped. faster service and server was friendly.

Here at a visit in vancouver. very generous employees and good proportions! we didn't know there was a job discount when we arrived. the waitress told us that she also includes it in our bill, although we ordered minutes before the discount. I recommend the a la carte and special roll options.

Ordered the chirashi don that would normally come with decorative veggies like carrots, radishes, crushed browns, etc. sb has only a small amount of daikon. in addition, we paid $3 extra for brown rice. how much rice can they buy for $3? When the court arrived, I was so disappointed. if they took the overpriced rice, they were literally crushed with 6 pieces sashimi and less than 1/4 cups Daikon...for $20. that is it! great presentation and worth. should read the reviews before going.

We recently tried this restaurant and ordered their salmon sashimi which was great. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try! Their service was quick and the fish was fresh no complaints!

Very low quality sushi. The chicken teriyaki was soggy and tasted old and the tempura was soggy and not crunchy at all. Also I found 2 hairs in my salmon nigiri. Unfortunately I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone I know.
