Five Stars!. Came here for the Valentines' day with my boyfriend. Almost the entire place was packed with people! <br/ <br/ The view at this restaurant was awesome! <br/ The ambient is defiantly one of the best around this neighbourhood. <br/ <br/ The food was great specially the seafood on fire! It was SOOOO cool how they light it on fire IN FRONT OF YOU! OMG! <br/ Our dessert arrive a bit latter than expected. But you got to give them some credit for handling a full house of people so well even with such a small kitchen! (sorry...I peeked...; <br/ <br/ Overall, the service was great! View and location is great! Food was great! They deserve FIVE STARS! <br/ <br/ ps. the walk back to our hotel room was very nice :

Good Vibe, Good Food. I have seen numerous restaurants come and go from this location. It has what should be a winning combination, on the seawall, view, relaxed feel, you know, great place for a lounge. I was surprised to find that this place was serving Asian food, I had I pegged for Northwest cuisine but was pleasantly surprised. Add to that the fact they are are not afraid to experiment is a plus. <br/ <br/ While a great deal of effort is put into the presentation, the food quality is also exceptional (despite fitting the dreaded 'pan-asian ' label). This should be a runaway success. I will definitely be back.

...today I had the wonderful opportunity to eat out at the Change Dining Bar located at the corner of Denman W. Georgia in Vancouver, BC. The restaurant is in the most beautiful location, right on the waterfront, looking out at the ocean and the pier...We each had the Seafood on Fire as an entree and Chocolate Xiao Long Baos (dumplings) for dessert. For an appetizer, we ordered one beef roll and one salted duck. The appetizers came promptly. My favourite was the beef roll. It was a big serving and we would have been satisfied with just the one appetizer. The beef roll was warm on my mouth and savoury; however, I thought it was slightly too salty.
