It's one of my favorite things now. Great wine too. Reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back to try the charcuterie plates.
VV Tapas Lounge crafts one of the best charcuterie boards in Vancouver, and they have a $10 version during Happy Hour! This spot is easy to miss on Hastings Street just before Downtown, but it's worth swinging by for a great wine and food selection.The Wild Mushroom Risotto is incredibly decadent and packed with umami mushroom flavour. The yolk sauce really ups the richness. This is a must get dish for me.One of the highlights of VV Tapas Lounge is their build your own charcuterie boards. You can choose from 4 $29), 6 $38) or 8 $47) cheese and meat options. All boards are served with house-made pickles, nuts, olives, condiments and bread. And let me tell you, as a charcuterie connoisseur they have some of the best accompaniments I have ever had.
Incredible food, wine and atmosphere. We were here from out of town for a private event and it was probably the best food I had while in Vancouver. Highly recommend!
Food here is excellent! Every dish is beautifully plated like an art piece, and the food is fresh and tasty. Ambiance is cool, modern, and relaxing. Service was excellent as well. We really enjoyed our time here. Free parking out front!
This place is an amazing gem and sadly probably missed due to the location. I was thinking while I was in there tonight that if it was in London, or even Yaletown, it would be packed.Food is outstanding, great wine and beer selection and staff are always extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.Kid-friendliness: We have a 1.5 year old, they are always very accommodating and friendly with her.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or step to get inDietary restrictions: Something for everyone and staff are flexible.
