When ordering pizza with a stuffed crust, it often comes without one, but even with videos proving it, they refuse to refund the amount paid for the crust. Absurd. I contacted the receptionist and reported that they often fill it with cream cheese and it was not the filling I requested. When inquiring about the refund, they informed me that I complained too much and therefore they would not return it. Taking legal measures so that other customers are not deceived and upholding consumer rights!

We really like the pizza there, that's why we insisted on it so many times, but there isn't a time when something doesn't happen, it's unbelievable! Ordered at 7:35pm and it didn't arrive until 9:15pm and received a call saying they had changed the delivery address??? Good pizza, terrible service!
