Trattoria Dai Bercau - Verduno

We were recommended to visit Trattoria Dai Bercau by our hotel (Palas Cerequio and it did not disappoint. We had the tasting menu which for eight courses at 40 EUR, was an absolute steal. The food was varied, authentic (rustic, homemade Italian fare and really tasty. (Only marginal criticism would be that there was just a little much! . The wine list is fantastic and very well priced too meaning you can pick up a good bottle of Barbera for 20 EUR or a bottle of Barolo for 30 35 EUR (and much higher too, if you feel like it! . The outdoor area was charming and whilst the service could be a tad slow, it was always very friendly, welcoming and generally good. It gets a 5 due to the great value. We did tasting menu, water, wine, tip for 120 EUR well worth it.

We stopped herefor dinner on our first night in Bra, and we were delighted with the dining experience we had. The atmosphere within the trattoria is laid back and cozy, with very friendly staff and delicious food. Everything we ate was of the highest quality ingredients, starting from the beef tartare all the way to the summer truffles. If you're within the region do not miss this joy of a place : . Abbiamo trovato posto in questo locale nel giardino esterno, pur non avendo effettuato preventivamente una prenotazione. Ottima degustazione di prodotti tipici e particolari come la rivisitazione del vitello tonnato, gli agnolotti al sugo d'arrosto ed i tajarin. Eccezionale scelta di vini per tutte le tasche. Prezzi nella media. Consigliato.

Trattoria in perfetto stile Piemontese. Ottime materie prime, personale cordiale e prezzi equilibrati.
