Customer for several years, I have always been satisfied and, therefore, I had already given 4 stars. This evening through the Delivery service the pizzas were a total gross; it is evident that they had prepared them differently before and, not finding the rider, they put them in the lie except to heat them. To me, as a customer, it does not concern logistic problems or organizational inability; the Neapolitan pizza eaten after 5 minutes already is mediocre, after 40 is good for the red fish that however have liked. I'll see you again but delete the delivery service if you can't handle it

I ordered the takeaway pizza by calling the pizzeria, therefore not through deliveroo, given that the times I ordered with them the pizza arrived very late due to, according to the restaurant, deliveroo 's own. Despite the telephone order, the pizza still arrived 20 minutes late. I ordered a speck and mascarpone, a fried pizza and a coke. The delivery boy gave me a tray telling me that in the kitchen they had misunderstood the order and that therefore the speck had been placed there. I opened the box and the pizza was a Margherita with mascarpone, the speck was therefore cut and I had to put it on the pizza myself. I called to report what had happened and they told me that the problem came from the kitchen and that the pizzeria itself puts the speck out of cooking. All very right except that the pizza was cold due to the delay and therefore the speck could not become crispy . In any case, when paying for a service, I find it unacceptable that the addition arrives in a separate tray. I would have expected an apology and maybe a voucher for next time but they greeted me and told me they would point it out in the kitchen. The service is therefore terrible both for delays in deliveries and for the orders themselves. I 'm sorry but I won 't be ordering again

Excellent pizza, good ingredients, perfectly leavened dough, very digestible! Friendly and helpful staff. Home delivery always on time, with the possibility of POS payment (they ask at the time of booking if you would prefer to pay by contact or by card... top! . And there is also a very convenient app available that often offers offers and it is possible to accumulate points to receive discounts! Overall, highly recommended! And really congratulations!
